This session presents the European project INCO-ECTE, which aims to create dynamic learning opportunities in Early Childhood Teacher Education through internationalisation at home and abroad. The project developed two credit-bearing ECIU micro-modules with blended formats, combining virtual learning and short-term mobility. Following a second-year pilot, the session highlights the key elements that contributed to a meaningful and engaging learning experience. Focusing on themes such as communication, democracy, and creativity, the presentation will outline the structure of the micro-modules and share insights from both students and the project team on what made these courses successful.
