A New Blended Multi-Module Format for ECIU Learning Opportunities

This session introduces the Soft Skills and AI ELO, a novel blended format that combines five complementary micromodules into a single credit-bearing course. Each module is delivered by externally selected expert instructors, bringing professional perspectives beyond traditional academic teaching. By integrating soft skills development with AI-enabled tools, the course offers a holistic and forward-looking learning experience. The session highlights how this flexible design responds to evolving workplace needs and explores its potential as a new type of ELO, distinct from existing micromodules and challenges.
